ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Upcoming works to retaining wall on Sudbury Road, Gestingthorpe

We would like to make you aware arrangements have been made to replace the retaining wall which runs along Belchamp Brook on Sudbury Road, Gestingthorpe.

Works are planned to start on Monday 18 January 2021 and expected to take approximately six weeks to complete.

In order to support these works it will be necessary to close Sudbury Road to all vehicles 24 hours a day for the duration of the works. Whenever possible and safe to during these works, we will reopen the road using two-way temporary traffic lights.

Residents/Businesses in the immediate vicinity will shortly receive a letter providing further details (example letter attached).
